The level of job satisfaction had been reported by Gallop polls that 15% of millions felt disengaged in 2000, while Forbes indicated 85% of people felt frustration verses fulfillment at work in 2013. This suggests that at a time when most spend many hours working, not much has changed. People want interesting jobs they like, at places they love with people they can do more than tolerate.
